Eligibility

~ To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that have been customized or personalized may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

~ Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.

~ Items purchased during clearance sales or promotional events may be final sale and not eligible for return.
